We provide photography services including (but not limited to) portraits, family sessions, events, and commercial photography. Specific details will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Bookings & Payments

• A booking is confirmed only once any required deposit has been received.

• Remaining balances must be paid by the agreed date prior to or on the day of the session/event.

• Prices are subject to change but will not affect confirmed bookings.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or extreme conditions), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel with a full refund of any payments made.

4. Copyright & Image Usage

• All photographs remain the copyright of the photographer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients are granted personal usage rights for their images (e.g. sharing on social media, personal prints).

• Commercial use, resale, or editing of images requires prior written permission.

5. Image Delivery

• Final images will be delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe.

• Editing style is at the photographer’s discretion and reflects their professional style.

• RAW/unedited images are not provided.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time and ensuring cooperation of participants.

• We are not responsible for compromised images due to uncooperative subjects, late arrivals, or environmental factors beyond our control.

7. Liability

While all care is taken, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control including equipment failure, loss of images due to technical issues, or unforeseen events. Liability is limited to the return of any fees paid.

All images and content on this website are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
